These terms of service and privacy policies are entered into by and between You and The Discipleship Platform, LLC (“Organization“, “we” or “us“). The following terms and conditions, together with any documents they expressly incorporate by reference (collectively, this “Privacy Policy”, and these “Terms of Service“), govern your access to and use of The DMM Platform App (“The App”).

Please read the Terms of Service carefully before you start to use The DMM Platform App. Also see our general Privacy Policy for using this Website and any other software you may access outside of the Google Play Store.

By downloading The DMM Platform App or by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not want to agree to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, you must not access or use The App.

Privacy Policy

Introduction

We value your information, and as such, we collect and store as little data as possible. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.

This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you (if any) or that you may provide when you use The App and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

Since we are unable to control how outside third parties collect and use information, it does not apply to information collected by any third party (such as the Google Play Store), including through any application or content that may linked to or be accessible from or in The App.

You may voluntarily transmit information via email, text, and other electronic messages between you and us, however, such information is controlled by third parties outside our control.

Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. This policy may change from time to time.  Your continued use of The App after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates. This Privacy Policy is fully compliant with the EU General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). 

We Do Not Transmit or Collect Data

In order to respect the privacy and security of users in sensitive locations, the app which can be downloaded from the Play Store and used on Android devices does not have any ability to connect to the Internet and therefore does not send us any data to collect.

The App files and all content are delivered via Google Play.

The App does not send in or report any stats except for what is sent to Google via your Play Store and Google Account settings.

Please take the appropriate steps to secure and handle your mobile devices based on your location. 

Children Under the Age of 13

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page.  If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we will notify you through a notice on this URL and in The App. The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the bottom of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you, and for periodically visiting this URL to check for any changes.
